Job summary

TSS ENGINEERING is seeking a full-time Welder (First Class) & Boilermaker to join a skilled team in NSW. You will read engineering drawings, fabricate to specification, and work with the design team to ensure efficient manufacture.

This role is trade-qualified, physically fit, and can operate unsupervised in a workshop with attention to detail. Welding will cover structural and mechanical steelwork, stainless and mild steel, with emphasis on neat finishes.

Qualifications

• Structural welding and fabrication experience.
• Must read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to fabricate to specified dimensions.
• Certificate III in Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Examine work for defects and ensure conformance to specs.
• Set up and operate welding equipment (SMAW, GMAW).
• Liaise with design team during fabrication detailing.
• Weld and fabricate mild and stainless steel as required.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
