Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a skilled professional to lead fire-protection commissioning on a major road-infrastructure project in Australia. You will plan tests, schedules and readiness checks, coordinating with electrical, mechanical and control teams and specialist vendors.

Responsibilities include reviewing results, certifying compliance with standards, resolving defects, and producing handover records for operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fire-systems commissioning experience on tunnels or major infrastructure.
• Knowledge of detection, suppression and life-safety systems.
• Experience leading contractors and multiple disciplines through commissioning.
• Ability to prepare test plans, procedures and schedules and interpret Australian Standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.

The Opportunity

Lead fire-protection and life-safety systems through testing, integration and operational handover on a major road-infrastructure project.

• Coordinate specialist vendors, subcontractors and engineering teams across electrical, mechanical and control interfaces.
• Review results and certification against specifications and applicable standards.
