You will oversee budgets, P&L and departmental strategy while delivering reliable fire service maintenance and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fire services teams with financial accountability.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities at a technical level.
• Experience in construction/minor works service delivery including estimating and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using enterprise systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support team to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors in the region.
• Manage budgets and P&L and oversee financial performance.
• Lead testing and repair activities for fire service staff.
• Prepare monthly departmental strategy and financial reports.
• Grow the Fire line in the Adelaide region with new business.
