Planned Resources is growing its Melbourne branch and delivering mid to large-scale fire protection projects across construction sectors. You will lead project management and estimating of dry fire works for health facilities, commercial fit-outs, plant rooms, and industrial/data centre projects in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Fire trade qualification or Engineering background.
• 4–6 years+ experience in a trade/contractor environment.
• PM of dry fire projects and fire detection systems experience.
• Estimating/quotations for dry or wet fire projects.
• Solid knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and local authority requirements.
• Rights to work in Australia and Melbourne-based.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management and estimating for dry fire works across various buildings/projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive project delivery for health facilities, commercial/retail spaces, plant rooms, industrial buildings and data centres.
