Job summary

Total Fire Solutions is seeking a Fire Estimator to join our Heatherbrae office. This full-time, office-based role supports tendering and delivery of wet and dry fire protection projects across commercial, industrial and mining sectors.

You will prepare accurate estimates, work with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients to secure new work and ensure successful project delivery. The role offers professional development within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience estimating wet and dry fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of fire protection systems, Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for wet and dry fire protection projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
• Complete material take offs and scope assessments.
• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Assist with contract reviews, scope clarifications and tender negotiations.
