Ampac is Australia’s leading independent manufacturer of fire detection and emergency warning products. We are seeking an experienced fire alarm professional to join our Technical Support team in Brisbane, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and on-site support for fire detection systems.

Formación
- Experience in technical capacity with fire detection systems.
- Strong customer service bias and ability to work with clients.
- Ability to work on-site and outside normal hours.
- Experience with Building Management Systems.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for fire detection and alarm systems.
- Deliver telephone and on-site support to customers, possibly outside normal hours.
- Customise and troubleshoot panels on premises or at customer sites to render the system operational.
- Report to QLD State Manager and demonstrate strong technical and customer service performance.
