Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a technical role with strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work on site and potentially outside normal hours.
- Sound knowledge of Fire detection systems and related technologies.
- Experience with Building Management Systems and Emergency Warning Systems.
Responsabilités
- Provide technical and customer support via telephone and on-site with customers.
- Customize and troubleshoot panels in-house or at customer sites to render systems operational.
- Report to Queensland State Manager as part of the team.
- Work with a team and set priorities autonomously while maintaining customer focus.
