Ploomo is hiring a Sales Development Representative for an onsite Melbourne role in Toorak. You will reconnect with existing leads via high-volume outbound calls, pursue timely follow-ups, and maintain an active pipeline.

You will work with structured CRM workflows, log every interaction, and support the sales leader with admin tasks to keep the sales engine moving. The role is located onsite in Toorak, Melbourne, offering a base of $65,000–$75,000 plus a monthly bonus (OTE $90,000–$100,000).

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume outbound follow-up that helps keep a sales or service pipeline moving.
• Confidence on the phone, especially in repeat conversations and re-engagement calls.
• Strong CRM discipline, accurate note-taking, activity logging and follow-up tracking.
• Ability to stay consistent and reliable in a fast-paced environment with daily activity volume.
• Track record of following tasks through to completion without needing constant reminders.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with existing leads through high-volume outbound calls to keep opportunities active
• Follow up consistently on assigned leads so deals keep moving rather than going cold
• Work through structured daily task lists and repeatable CRM workflows with speed and accuracy
• Keep CRM records clean, current, and aligned to real sales activity as it happens
• Log every interaction and track deal progress properly so the pipeline stays visible and usable
• Support the sales leader by getting the follow-ups and admin done that keep the sales engine moving
