Zeller in Perth seeks a proactive Sales Account Executive to build a strong merchant relationship, identify opportunities, and champion Zeller’s business banking solutions across Western Australia.

This hands-on role focuses on pipeline development, understanding merchant needs, and guiding customers from first contact through to closing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in a closing sales role with proven ability to achieve quarterly goals.
• Curiosity and passion about people and their business to inspire others.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to grow revenue.
• Proven prospecting and selling complex solutions experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or remotely.
• Competitive fire and desire to win.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect small, medium and large businesses through outbound and inbound channels.
• Understand merchant pain points and position Zeller solutions to exceed expectations.
• Manage leads and deals in Hubspot with high data hygiene.
• Own full sales cycle from planning to closing to meet targets.
• Build Zeller brand in WA by networking with industry associations.
• Translate merchant needs into simple, effective banking solutions.
• Deliver compelling storytelling and case studies to engage merchants.
• Develop deals across diverse use cases and verticals.
• Stay updated on SME, fintech, payments trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product and Ops to relay feedback.
