You will contribute to Bespoke conversations, advise on collections, and help clients find perfect pieces while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work in a boutique team focused on personal selling, presentation, and efficient service, with duties spanning client briefs, quotes, and post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fine jewellery sales experience is essential.
• Practical gemstone knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with Bespoke conversations is a plus.
• Direct Bespoke experience and clientelling platforms are desirable, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide fine and demi-fine jewellery purchases with thoughtful styling.
• Help clients explore gemstones, engagement rings, and Bespoke or remodelling options.
• Prepare client briefs, process quotation requests, discuss options.
• Build returning client relationships through appointments and follow-ups.
• Support boutique sales goals and stock handling when trained.
