McKinney's Jewellery – Fortitude Valley QLD is seeking polished Luxury Sales Associates to join our Brisbane flagship showroom. We specialise in helping clients celebrate engagements and milestones with exceptional craftsmanship and personalised service.

You will deliver personalised sales experiences, build meaningful client relationships, and develop product knowledge across our luxury jewellery collections while assisting with showroom presentation and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in content creation and social media presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised sales and service in showroom.
• Build lasting client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Assist clients with jewellery selections and special orders.
• Develop knowledge of jewellery collections.
• Support showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Maintain showroom standards reflecting luxury positioning.
• Assist with private viewings and in-store events.
• Support sales administration and showroom operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on social media content and campaigns.
• Photograph/showcase collections for social media (short-form video)
