Qualifications

• Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and passion for dining experiences.
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations, inventory control and cost management.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and budgeting.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create and update menus considering customer preferences and dietary needs.
• Monitor sales and financial data to drive business performance.
