Job summary

Yiaga in Melbourne's Fitzroy Gardens seeks a Chef de Rang / Waiter to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting. You will be part of a professional Front of House team and report to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities include delivering attentive, knowledgeable and personalised service from arrival through to departure, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fine dining or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and stay composed during busy periods.
• Flexible in scheduling, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Victorian RSA certificate.
