Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking an energetic Teller to support customers with daily banking needs and drive sales through quality conversations and referrals. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and adherence to security practices while building lasting relationships.

You will engage customers in person and via drive-thru, promote bank products, and progress through our development pathway to enhance your career in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and need-based selling skills.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet and bank systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect customer privacy and security while handling transactions and maintaining cash controls.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – engage in conversations, inform customers about products and promotions, seek referrals and drive sales opportunities.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – perform outbound calls to existing customers, qualify needs and identify lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – take ownership of development, complete Pathways, learn sales frameworks and digital products.
• Customer Experience – embody the mission, keep customers first, drive outbound activity and ensure issue resolution as the single point of contact.
