Job summary

Legal Vision is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support the Financial Services practice within a Corporate team in Sydney. This part-time parental leave cover is on a job-share arrangement until September 2027, working Monday to Wednesday with a crossover day.

You will be the trusted right-hand to senior lawyers in a fast-paced, high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have strong typing, MS Office proficiency, and a client-first mindset, with experience in billing and matter

Qualifications

• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Experience with billing, reporting and matter management systems.
• Team oriented with willingness to mentor junior members; service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries, inboxes, workflows and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, documents and matter files.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, events and travel arrangements.
