Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Sydney seeks a Solicitor to join our leading Dispute Resolution team. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex litigation and regulatory matters, gaining extensive client exposure and developing a national network.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years post‑admission experience, admission in Australia or New Zealand, and a demonstrated track record across commercial litigation with a financial services regulatory focus.

Qualifications

• Admission as a Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand.
• 2–4 years of post‑admission experience and an excellent academic record.
• Demonstrable experience across a range of commercial litigation matters, with a financial services regulatory focus.
• Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with partners Luke Hastings and Andrew Eastwood and senior lawyers on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Gain extensive client exposure and develop a national network within the Disputes team.
