Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Melbourne is seeking a Solicitor to join its leading Disputes team. You will work on a diverse range of matters including class actions, general commercial litigation, and product liability for national and international clients, with exposure to a global network.

You will handle files, contribute to excellent client service, identify issues, and develop opportunities with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation, class actions, and/or product liability matters.
• Excellent legal skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle files and contribute to excellent client service in a high-profile disputes practice.
• Identify issues and proactively provide solutions; contribute to business development with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across interstate and international offices within a global disputes team.
