Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer seeks a Solicitor to join our leading Disputes team in Sydney. You will work on general commercial litigation, arbitrations, investigations and regulatory inquiries for national and international clients.

You will contribute to excellent client outcomes, manage files, identify issues and propose solutions while developing new business opportunities within a collaborative, top-tier environment.

Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand practising certificate.
• 1½ to 4 years of legal experience.
• Excellent academic record with strong legal skills.
• Proactive approach and desire to be an integral team member.
• Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and collegiality within a team.
• Hunger to learn and develop within a market‑leading practice.
• Innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
