Job summary

ASX Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to be the first line of contact for ASX customers, delivering high quality technical support for financial technology and information systems.

You will monitor customer connectivity, support system releases, and collaborate with IT and operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. Hybrid work options are available; candidates legally eligible to work in Australia preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Understanding of the Australian financial markets.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries from ASX customers.
• Provide high-quality technical support for ASX Markets and Information systems.
• Support customer readiness for ASX releases and provide reporting for stakeholders.
• Maintain customer connectivity and respond to production and development issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and Business Development to enhance customer experience.
