Atlas Partners is representing a leading global creative brand agency seeking an APAC Finance Leader. Reporting to the Group CFO, with a dotted line to the APAC Managing Director, you’ll own the numbers, present monthly accounts, and lead a small team across multiple entities in the region.

This hands-on role covers budgets, forecasting, controls, project profitability, revenue recognition, and collaboration with People and Operations.

Formación

• CA or CPA qualified with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-entity groups with month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance for the APAC region, reporting to the Group CFO and MD.
• Own month-end close, statutory, tax and audit oversight across entities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and pricing discussions with client leads.
• Partner with People and Operations on hiring, resourcing and utilization.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Oversee revenue recognition and project costing.
• Provide monthly accounts and insights to overseas leadership.

The role

Reporting to the Group CFO, with a dotted line to the APAC Managing Director, you’ll lead finance for the APAC region. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll own the numbers, present the monthly accounts with the MD, and lead a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgets and forecasts, delivered to group templates and timetables
• Reviewing and strengthening financial controls
• Project profitability and burn‑rate reviews, with robust pricing conversations with client leads
• Partnering with People and Operations on hiring, resourcing and utilisation
• Leading and developing a small team
• Revenue recognition on client projects, including associated costs
• Month‑end close and monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Statutory, tax and audit oversight with external advisers and the group team

About you

• CA or CPA qualified, currently a Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager
• Month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience in a multi-entity group
• Confident partnering with an MD and holding budget holders to account
• Autonomous and robust, and comfortable working across time zones
• Experience in a business where people bill time to projects (agency, consulting or professional services) is highly regarded
• Reporting into an overseas head office, or multi-country and multi-currency exposure, is an advantage
• Warm, curious and collaborative, with a roll‑up-your‑sleeves approach
