Job summary

Caloundra RSL Services Club Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our Finance team and provide strategic financial advice that supports one of the Sunshine Coast's leading community clubs.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working with the Board, you will drive governance, budgeting, reporting, and commercial analysis while fostering a high‑performing finance function and delivering insights to inform decision making.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Extensive experience leading finance teams.
• Strong budgeting and reporting capability.
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working closely with the General Manager and Board of Directors, you will provide accurate financial insight that supports informed decision making while leading a high performing Finance team.
