Align Talent Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Financial Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support month-end close, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will hold a commerce degree and be CA/CPA qualified or pursuing qualification, with strong Excel skills and exposure to a large ERP system.

Qualifications

• Commerce degree required and CA/CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in financial accounting, month-end close and reporting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Prepare and provide sales reporting to external customers including rebates.
