Job summary

Fujifilm Australia is seeking a dynamic Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Sydney. We offer a collaborative environment with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

You will manage reconciliations, bank and general ledger activity, and invoicing tasks while supporting strategic product category objectives and financial

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and ensure payments to stakeholders are processed accurately.
• Bank reconciliation across Fujifilm Australia entities with precise cash journal entries.
• General ledger reconciliations for various accounts and prepaid expenses.
• Generate proforma invoices and credit notes on stakeholder requests.
• Maintain supply and surcharge accounts and generate related credit notes.

Job Description

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Manage and Reconcile Accounts: Take charge of reconcilingaccounts, ensuring all payments to stakeholders are processed accurately and within terms.
• Bank Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile bank accounts across all Fujifilm Australia entities, ensuring precise cash journal entries and timely updates.
• General Ledger Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of general ledger reconciliations, including various customer accounts and prepaid expenses.
• Generate Invoices and Credit Notes: Produce proforma invoices and credit notes promptly upon stakeholder request, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Maintain Supply and Surcharge Accounts: Handle reconciliation and credit note generation for supply and surcharge accounts.
