We are seeking a dynamic Financial Accountant to join our finance team. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where your skills will be valued and supported. Perfect for someone with around three years of accounting experience.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Manage and Reconcile Accounts: Take charge of reconcilingaccounts, ensuring all payments to stakeholders are processed accurately and within terms.
• Bank Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile bank accounts across all Fujifilm Australia entities, ensuring precise cash journal entries and timely updates.
• General Ledger Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of general ledger reconciliations, including various customer accounts and prepaid expenses.
• Generate Invoices and Credit Notes: Produce proforma invoices and credit notes promptly upon stakeholder request, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Maintain Supply and Surcharge Accounts: Handle reconciliation and credit note generation for supply and surcharge accounts.

• Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 3years in a similar role
• Demonstrating proficiency in complex reconciliations, data matching, and advanced Excel skills.
• Skills: High level of numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
