Job summary

Laureate Australia is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant for a 3-month temporary contract in Sydney. The role focuses on hands-on accounting, AP processing, supplier reconciliations, and supporting system integration across finance platforms using Pronto ERP.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, and experience with Pronto ERP, Xero, and Excel. Immediate availability is preferred and CA/CPA qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join an established Australian-owned consumer electronics and retail business on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the potential for a full-time opportunity following the contract.

This is a hands-on role suited to a finance professional with strong accounting experience and Pronto ERP knowledge who can hit the ground running and support the finance team through a period of system integration.

Responsibilities
