Job summary

You will manage client requests, resolve issues, and help optimise financial operations while expanding product knowledge and client advisory skills within a collaborative, outcome-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience with TechnologyOne Financials
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
• Experience providing application support and resolving issues
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for clients using TechnologyOne Financials
• Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets within SLAs
• Advise on best-practice financial processes and system usage
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and configuration changes
• Develop client documentation and user guides
• Build consulting capability for future implementation opportunities
