The Department of Education in Perth is driving a major transformation of school financial management systems through TechnologyOne CiA across WA public schools. The Finance Consultant School Systems will support implementation, data conversion and ongoing FMIS operation to meet financial and operational requirements.

In collaboration with project teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders, you will analyse data and processes, configure systems, test user acceptance, resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience with financial management systems implementations is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist functional and systems support for the FMIS implementation and ongoing operation.
• Perform system analysis, configuration assessments, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist with data conversion, migration, and chart of accounts alignment; ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to development of controls, procedures and documentation per accounting standards and policies.
