Job summary

Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) is seeking a Finance Manager: Business Systems to lead the strategic direction, governance and optimisation of our Finance, Payroll and Human Resources systems, including TechnologyOne.

This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for a strategic and systems-focused professional to drive innovation, business improvement and organisational transformation across a statewide education network.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Information Systems or related field.
Experience managing enterprise Finance, Payroll and HR systems.
Proven track record delivering complex projects and transformation initiatives.
Strong governance, compliance and risk management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
TechnologyOne Financials, HR and Payroll experience.
Experience in education, public sector or not-for-profit environments.
Experience delivering large-scale organisational change and systems transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, governance and optimisation of Finance, Payroll and HR systems.
Oversee TechnologyOne and associated enterprise systems, ensuring performance, security and compliance.
Drive major system upgrades, implementations and business transformation projects.
Enhance reporting capability and support data-informed decision-making.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, schools and external partners.
Lead and develop a high-performing Business Systems team.
