Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast invites applications for a Systems Analyst in Financial Services, focusing on TechnologyOne CiA to support financial operations, governance and reporting.

You will work with Financial Services, IT and university stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance workflows and strengthen data integrity.

A relevant degree with several years of experience is required, with proven ability to translate requirements into robust system solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, extensive relevant specialist experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise financial systems, including TechnologyOne CiA, with knowledge of financial controls, data integrity and compliance requirements.
• Advanced systems capability, including experience with financial applications, databases, reporting and data extraction tools, and Microsoft applications.
• Experience analysing business requirements and implementing financial system and process improvements, including workflows, automation, integrations, ETL and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of financial governance, internal controls, accounting and audit requirements.
• Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, support users, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and enhance financial systems, including TechnologyOne CiA, workflows, integrations, reporting and system controls, to support reliable operations and financial data integrity;
• Analyse business requirements, troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements to financial processes, including automation, reporting and system enhancements; and
• Collaborate with Financial Services, Information Technology and University stakeholders to test and implement system changes, strengthen financial controls, and support user capability and continuous improvement.
