Suncorp Group is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract in Brisbane. You will support the management, governance, and ongoing improvement of core finance systems, ensuring accurate ledger postings and data quality across insurance products and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with finance systems, product system interfaces, or General Ledger integrations.
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in Insurance Finance accounting is a plus.

About The Role

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will support the management, governance, and ongoing improvement of finance systems that underpin key business outcomes. Working within the Finance Services team, you will help maintain the integrity of General Ledger interfaces, finance reference data, and reporting processes. This role combines systems expertise, accounting knowledge, and analytical capability to ensure accurate financial data, support change initiatives, and enhance the effectiveness of finance operations across the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Support accurate and timely General Ledger interface postings across insurance product and claims systems.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues to maintain reliable financial information.
• Develop business requirements, participate in testing activities, and support system releases.
