Suncorp Group is seeking a capable professional to join our Technology & Transformation team to identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve business processes and customer outcomes. You will work with developers, scrum masters and data scientists to manage initiatives from discovery through to delivery, partnering with business teams to understand processes and create practical designs.

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or technology-enabled solution delivery.
• Practical skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, project management and change management practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical improvements.
• Clear communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• An organised approach to balancing priorities while working independently and within a squad.

About The Role

Join our Technology & Transformation team to identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve business processes and customer outcomes. Working within a collaborative squad of developers, scrum masters and data scientists, you will manage one or two initiatives from discovery through to delivery. You will partner with business teams to understand current processes, define requirements and create practical solution designs. Your analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement will help turn improvement ideas into well-managed technology solutions.
