Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP-related tasks in a remote, worldwide setup. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs and improve training data with clear rationale.

Required: 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with major systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365). AI training experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or FP&A.
• Experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Familiarity with major financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based grading is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and system logic across multiple platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
