Volkswagen Financial Services Australia is seeking a customer service professional to join our team on a permanent basis. The role handles inbound calls and email queries related to automotive finance products, delivering high-quality support and accurate correspondence.

You will process payouts, statements, amortisation schedules and contract copies, while ensuring timely, error-free admin processing. A 2+ year background in customer service and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role.
• Qualifications in Financial Services is preferable but not essential
• Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A motivation to learn

Responsibilities

• Take inbound queue calls from customers and providing high level of customer service
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Offer tailored solutions to remedy problems with accounts
• Process customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner
• Have solid knowledge of our T & C’s and should be confident in referencing
• Complete any customer requests for payout letters, statements, Amortisation schedules and copies on contracts
• Disburse admin emails to the operations staff for processing
• Process unaddressed admin emails
• Daily process any debits previously arranged
• Process promptly each day with no errors
