Job summary

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest. You’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of subcontractor and supplier invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining strong relationships across internal departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance position.
• Proficiency in Timberline, TimberScan or similar systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with precision.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payment enquiries.
• Support month-end processing and reporting as required.
