Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner to join the Business Process Excellence team in a permanent, full-time capacity. You will serve as the strategic owner for the finance stream, driving governance, standardisation and continuous improvement across end-to-end finance processes within our Sime Industrial operations.

• Demonstrated experience in process ownership, BPM, product ownership or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, governance, controls and continuous improvement."
• Experience partnering with Finance leaders to drive standardisation and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills across locations.
• Experience working with D365 Financial systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business process owner for the finance stream, ensuring alignment with priorities and outcomes.
• Own and govern end-to-end finance processes for consistency and effectiveness.
• Define and drive the future direction of finance processes, balancing operational, compliance and strategic needs.
• Partner with Finance leaders and project teams to identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation.
• Review and prioritise process initiatives and change requests affecting finance operations.
• Act as escalation point for process risks, issues and dependencies.
• Establish metrics to monitor process performance and drive accountability.
