Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Process Optimisation Specialist to modernise finance operations and drive sustainable improvements across the Finance function. This 6-month max-term role sits alongside the Financial Controller to map processes from source to balance sheet, delivering faster, more reliable reporting.

You will identify automation opportunities, support transformation initiatives and partner with stakeholders to embed new ways of working, including change management and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• CPA or equivalent qualification in progress preferred.
• Experience in aged care billing or healthcare finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify automation opportunities across financial workflows.
• Support finance transformation projects and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes.
• Document best-practice controls and procedures.
