Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst based in Perth (hybrid). You will support finance operations, drive process excellence, and contribute to a transformation program with a focus on automation and internal controls.

The role reports to the National Manager – Finance Operations and involves cross-functional collaboration to streamline month-end, reporting and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving capability with the ability to develop clear and actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across Finance, AP, AR, Treasury and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess recurring finance processes to identify efficiencies and propose solutions.
• Design, document and maintain SOPs for key finance processes.
• Support the implementation of new systems, processes and automation.
• Contribute to a scalable Finance Operations function and future centre of excellence.
