Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Process Optimisation Specialist in the Finance team for a 6-month max-term contract to modernise financial operations, identify efficiencies and drive improvements. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, working towards CPA or equivalent, and proven experience in aged care billing and finance

You will work alongside the Financial Controller to understand what our finance processes are intended to achieve, why they are performed, and whether there is a simpler, stronger and more sustainable way to deliver the outcome. You will follow the processes from beginning to end, from source transaction and journal entry through to balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting and audit evidence.
