Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support key financial processes within the Finance & Digital division, including AP/AR, journals, reconciliations and reporting,

Qualifications

• Foundational finance knowledge or experience in a financial administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, journals, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations and purchase orders.
• Maintain records for bank guarantees and other securities; coordinate receipt/return.
• Support corporate card reconciliations and cost centre management.
• Triage accounts payable and finance enquiries via shared mailbox, providing timely support.
• Compile financial information and reporting, including open purchase orders and statutory reporting support.
• Assist with audit and month-end activities; gather documentation and respond to requests.
• Support compliance with financial legislation, policies, and internal controls.
• Assist EDQ’s SAP ECC6 to SAP/4HANA transition over the next 12 months.
