Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking a Finance Officer to join the finance team at 2300 Newcastle Calvary Health Care. This permanent full-time position handles accounts payable and receivable, month-end processes, and related reconciliations in a patient-focused environment.

• Experience using information systems including billing/finance systems and MS Office
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Month end processes including accruals, journals, reconciliations and reporting
• Code accounts payable invoices to cost centres and GL accounts; ensure invoices are authorised
• Generate accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner
• Receipting and allocation of deposits for reconciliation
• Monitor outstanding debts and related reports
• Provide support to the Finance team
