BallyCara, located on the Redcliffe Peninsula, is seeking an aspiring finance professional to join our team. This role supports accounts payable, reconciliation and month-end tasks, with opportunities to grow in a supportive charitable environment that values wellbeing.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate records and compliant processes while embracing process improvements and technology to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance requirements
• Assisting with financial reporting, audits and month-end processes
• Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency
