Condor Energy Services is seeking a Finance Officer to join our Brisbane CBD-based Finance team with a strong Accounts Receivable focus. You will manage customer invoicing and receivables while supporting AP and broader finance activities.

You will prepare and issue invoices, monitor outstanding amounts, and resolve billing queries with customers and internal teams. The role offers exposure to reconciliations, expenses, month-end activities, and reporting.

Formación

• Experience in invoicing and AR processes.
• Ability to resolve billing queries with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices with supporting docs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Support Accounts Payable and supplier invoices.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process staff expenses and company card transactions.
• Answer Finance-related enquiries from staff.
