Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Finance Officer to join their Corporate Office in West Perth. The role supports the ERP implementation, processes supplier invoices, monitors cash flow, and prepares weekly payment batches in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is currently studying or has completed an Accounting/Finance qualification, with ERP implementation experience (Microsoft-based), strong numerical skills, and the ability to balance accuracy with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience implementing an ERP, ideally Microsoft-based
• Willing to work across AP and AR
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) and willingness to obtain influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Officer to join the team at our Corporate Office in West Perth to assist with our ERP implementation. This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover Contract, with the possibility of extension. We’re looking for a personable Finance Officer who can play a crucial role in the implementation of our new, Microsoft-based ERP.

About the Role

In addition to supporting our ERP implementation, this is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role responsible for processing of supplier invoices, monitoring daily cash flow, completing bank reconciliations and preparing weekly payment batches. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Financial Controllers, and home‑based teams, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities on a day‑to‑day basis. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with numbers, and can balance accuracy with efficiency under time‑sensitive deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Previous experience implementing an ERP, ideally Microsoft-based.
• Strong interest in developing a career in finance and accounts
• Willing to work across AP and AR
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months), evidence of 2026 Influenza vaccination or willingness to obtain, and full working rights in Australia
