Perigon Group is seeking an experienced Finance Officer for a 1-month contract based on Brisbane's northside. The role is fully office-based with parking on site, reporting to the Finance Manager, and requires handling high volumes of supplier invoices and related administration.

You will match PO, invoices and delivery dockets, code and allocate costs, and liaise with suppliers to resolve payment queries. Availability at short notice is preferred and Pronto experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices using a manual finance process
• Match purchase orders, invoices and delivery dockets
• Code invoices accurately and allocate costs to the correct accounts
• Process supplier credits and investigate invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding queries
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding payment enquiries
• Maintain accurate supplier records within Pronto
• Assist with filing, document management and general finance administration
• Support the finance team with backlog clearance and ad hoc administrative tasks
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within required timeframes

The Company
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Officer to join a well-established business within the construction industry on a 1month contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the finance team with high-volume finance processing during a busy period. This is a fully office-based role located on Brisbane's northside, with parking available on site.

The Role

This 1-month contract will suit an immediately available or soon-to-be available Finance Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

About You

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Finance Officer
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices manually
• Experience using Pronto is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Available to commence at short notice
