Job summary

Sharp & Carter is supporting a purpose-led healthcare services organisation in Australia. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead monthly reporting, compliance and finance transformation, while coaching a high-performing team to drive smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You will oversee financial accounting across Australia, deliver timely financial and management reporting, drive working capital and cash flow forecasting, and partner with the CFO on governance and growth initiatives through

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification with strong financial accounting background.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate management reporting and insights.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Knowledge of cash flow, working capital and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting and compliance across Australia.
