Qualifications

• Solid month-end close and financial operations experience.
• Product/ manufacturing/ distribution business background is a strong plus.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close—reconciliations, adjusting entries, balance sheet work.
• Oversee inventory accounting and verification across multiple branches.
• Prepare financial reports and variance commentary for branch managers and leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting preparation.
• Drive cost analysis, working capital, and commercial decision-making.
