Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment in Chatswood seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance function and work closely with the CFO on financial reporting, tax and strategy.

The role offers exposure to group-level consolidations, debt, acquisitions, and process improvements, with a focus on both strategic and hands-on finance activities. CA/CPA qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across accounting and finance.
• Strong financial reporting and accounting skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on finance responsibilities.
• Property, construction or trust accounting experience highly desirable.
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification.
• Strong systems and process improvement mindset.
• Mandarin language skills highly regarded.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day finance function and managing a small team.

The Role

A broad Finance Manager opportunity, working closely with the CFO across financial reporting, accounting, tax and commercial finance. The role will also provide exposure to the wider financial strategy of the business. Responsibilities will include:
