Job summary

Lyra Technology Group seeks a commercially minded Finance Manager to own the finance function and drive growth across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead financial reporting, controls and systems improvements, including the transition from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will partner with senior leaders on commercial analysis, pricing, profitability and governance while ensuring robust statutory compliance and efficient cash flow management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial accounting, finance management or similar senior role.
• CA qualification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting with commentary for CEO and SLT.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning with variance analysis.
