Job summary

Silk Laundry Pty Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to own the day-to-day finance function and deliver timely, actionable financial insights across our Australian fashion brand.

You will drive reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, partnering with retail, ecommerce and operations to improve commercial outcomes. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA preferred).
• Solid experience in management accounting and day-to-day finance operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, inventory).
• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Analyze sales, gross margin, inventory and profitability across channels.
• Provide commercial insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain strong financial controls and improve processes.
