Richard Lloyd Recruitment in Sutherland Shire NSW seeks a capable Finance Manager to strengthen reporting, controls and commercial visibility across a multi-currency, multi-entity consumer brand with offshore manufacturing and international distribution.

You will support the COO and Founders, overseeing daily/monthly finance operations, budgeting, cashflow, inventory, and compliance in a hands-on SME environment with opportunities for flexible onsite or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Finance Manager/Financial Controller experience in an SME.
• Experience with ecommerce/wholesale financials and multi-currency setup.
• Strong understanding of inventory, margins, landed costs and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with insights for leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital, incl. inventory funding cycles.
• Review AP/AR and reconciliations; coordinate with outsourced support.
• Oversee inventory and COGS: reconciliations, valuation, landed costs and profitability.
• Improve systems, automation and reporting workflows across Xero, Cin7 and Shopify.
• Manage compliance (BAS/GST/statutory) and liaise with external accountants/auditors.
